Happy New Year!

Wow...2008 seemed to go by really fast! This time last year Gagey was 16 months. Now he is drawing circles, riding scooters, and holding a conversation everyone can understand. Corbin was barely 3 back then, and now he's making new friendships and learning new things everyday! While 2008 was a really good year...I'm really looking forward to 2009, and here are some reasons why:


I am transferring out of the lovely Collin College and heading to Denton to go to Texas Woman's University this January. Although I have more credits than an associates degree needs, I officially applied and recieved my associates degree from Collin College and now I'm working towards my bachelors at TWU. I'm excited and scared all at the same time. :)

This January, Michael and I will celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary!

Goodbye Pullups!!! This is a picture of (hopefully) the last package of diapers I will ever buy. I'm planning on having Gagey fully potty-trained by February...wish us lots of luck!

Lincoln will be celebrating his 1st Birthday this year...the same day I celebrate my 31st birthday! Birthday buddies for life...although his special day will always come first!

This is the last full year I'll have staying home with my first born son before he starts kindergarten next year. :( Although I believe that he could be ready this next fall (because he's so darn smart) his birthday misses the deadline to begin school. An extra few months of mommy and me time will be good...especially for mommy!
