Just Like Daddy...

Gagey has daddy's "work" shirt on. Any shirt with a collar they wear or daddy wears is a "work" shirt.
**Totally off track...but doesn't Gage look like Lincoln in the first picture?....same face that Lincoln always makes**

4th of July Festivities

We started out our day in historic downtown Mckinney for their parade...man oh man...super hot outside!

After nap, we headed over to Aunt Sarah's house for some bbq with everyone.

The boys played in the sprinkler and Seth's baby pool in the backyard before dinner.

Since Mimi's birthday was the day before...we celebrated today! Here is her cake with 57 candles on it!!

Since a cake with 57 candles on it could be considered a fire hazard (hee hee...j/k) the boys all helped her blow them out. Seth actually started crying when he saw all the fire.

Oh Brotherly love. (L.O.V.E this pic) We headed out to Red, White & Boom in Mckinney after dinner and cake. The boys waited patiently in lines for different bounce house obstacles.

Sweet Gage.

WEEEEE!

Joey, 'chele, and Lincoln met up with us for some fun!!

One of the highlights of the festivities last year was watching the air balloons get blown up. This year was too windy, so the air balloons that did get blown up quickly fell down. Bummer!

Proud Aunt... and according to Lincoln and Seth...FAVORITE AUNT!

Mommy & Corbin. I had to bribe lil man to be in this picture...Gage didn't want any part of it.

The boys watching the fireworks at the end of a VERY LONG day.

Happy 4th of July everyone! Hope you had a good one!

Splish-SPLASH!

So...we went to our 2nd playgroup for this summer at a splashpad in Frisco. The boys had fun, of course, and are already excited about the next playdate!

Mr. Lincoln walking around getting wet. :) He walks like a pro now! Everyone is always talking about how much he looks like Joey... which I like because there is that slight chance this kiddo will look more like his Aunt Shawna...more than her own kids look like her! :)

Lil precious boy...looking at the camera. Not that easy to get him to...I had to lie and ask him if I had something on my forehead.

Carter-man. (why on earth does the shadow of my arm look so muscle-y?)

Gagey begged for a swing ride...so I gave in. You can tell by this picture how hot it was outside today. I wanted him to stay in the water to cool off..but he still won that battle...like most battles.

Ooh La La...the Stewart Girls checking out the splashpad. I didn't get a picture, but after the girls arrived, Gagey walked around with one of them (Emma?) and wouldn't leave her alone. Such a little ladies man. (Hey...they are only 6 months apart...there could be a wedding in their future!)

Hee hee. Stinker ran through some water....hence..the funny face. He has such a Gerber baby mouth, don't ya think?

Ladies man AND helper. Gage spent about 15 minutes trying to put on Carter's shoe for him....and Carter let him do it. Carter and Gage will be good friends..until they realize they like the same girl. Carter has the "hots" for Ella...and Gage was trying to steal her away all day. Of course, not knowing one girl from the other...Gage would be the good sport and go after Emma instead. :) It's a preschool soap opera in the making!

Corbin. I thought Corbin would be bummed today because his good friend, Carson, couldn't make it to the playdate...but he had a blast playing with some other kids. He took a short break to eat lunch, but then was off again. He's such a social butterfly and makes friends wherever he goes.

We had lots of fun today and can't wait until next time!

Family-Filled Friday!

Tonight was a busy night! First we went to watch Corbin at his last day of Vacation Bible School!

Corbin loves that he was invited again this year by Aunt Sarah and was so excited to go every night by himself! I think it gave the boys the much needed break away from each other. Of course Gage asked about Corbin every 2 minutes they were apart. :) Speaking of the lil devil...

Gagey LOVED the music at VBS...he joined right in with all the kids!

Lil man CUT.A.RUG!

Corbin with his name sticker on. :) He followed the teachers with all the dance steps and movements...

Sweet boy. :)

After VBS, we went and had dinner at Uncle Julios with Mimi, Pop, Shawn, Sarah and Seth.

Gagey wasn't finished dancing...so he found a platform!

LOVE this one. Classic Gage face. (he was upset because I wouldn't let him jump from the platform thing...Pop offered help, and Gage was not having it! )

Sethie saw the other boys jumping...

....so he joined in!

Corbin had complete control (as usual) of the buzzer! Of course we had to wait for over an hour for a table! The boys were nuts by the time the buzzer finally went off and I was in desperate need of a margarita!

I think I finished it in about 5 minutes! :)
Thanks Aunt Sarah for inviting Corbin to Bible School this year!!

Lovin' on Lincoln

We got to watch Lincoln the WHOLE day today...and we had so much fun!!

Do you have any idea how hard it is to get 3 boys to look at the camera at the same time?!?

Lincoln doing a little housework while he visits...he loved the vacuum cleaner now that he has walking capability! :)

Getting a little work done on the computer...

Look at his little feet crossed while sitting in the chair! How flipping cute is that?!? Gage had brought Lincoln a little snack while working...smart boy sees his mommy on the computer, so he's a natural at it! :)

Corbin and Lincoln doing a little drawing...

He's super serious about his artwork.

Lunchtime!

It was super hot out today...so we pulled the sprinkler out

...which Lincoln stayed away from. (unless I would stand in the water with him)

A little bike riding(indoors) after the sprinkler didn't work out. Since his hair was a little wet from outside, I gave Lincoln a faux hawk. I think it suits him...he looks pretty darn cute!

Cute pic that I like...don't remember what was going on to make him smile like that. :)

Don't know what I was looking at, but this is the only pic of us with both of our eyes open! Lincoln said "NAWNA" today too....don't think he knew that he was saying my name...but hey...I was excited about it!

Such a fun-filled day...lil man crashed out for 3 hours practically!!
Fun times... hope we do this again soon!! We love you Lincoln!
